1.coordinate the planning of the company's overseas warehouse team (european warehouse), formulate and implement the management system and standard operating procedures, be responsible for the internal personnel management of the department, optimize the overseas warehouse management team, and make corresponding adjustments in light of the company's development status;

2.formulate and implement the strategic planning and layout of overseas warehouses, participate in the analysis of overseas warehouse project needs, plan design and plan establishment.

3.responsible for cost control of overseas warehouse operations, optimize operation processes and systems, improve operational efficiency, and reduce warehouse operation costs

4.coordinate internal resources and work closely with business and product teams to provide stable, efficient and accurate services;

1.more than 8 years of work experience, experience in overseas warehouse management is preferred;

2.familiar with e-commerce logistics operation mode, understand the tail delivery channels and costs of each country;
