alibaba group standardization department is responsible for the standard work with different business units. standardization is the enabler to construct business ecosystems. our eventual goal is to create the de facto standards and promote the healthy development of the business ecosystems.

our main responsibilities include: top-level standardization design, the group's standardization overall strategy and planning; and the coordination of standardization work in different business units in the group; participation in domestic and international standards organizations; research on cutting-edge new technology etc.

岗位描述：

1、对内负责对接业务部门、懂得标准化需求，对外对接标准化组织和联盟；

2、负责协调和管理运营工作、制度建设及其他日常事务；

2、创意创新组织相关的会议和活动，如：沙龙和大型会议等，组织编制宣传推广文章等；

4、负责业务动态信息的收集、整理和统计，负责业务流程文档管理，统一归档和管理各类文件；

5、参与制定业务发展规划和布局活动。

岗位要求：

1、性格活泼热情，懂得互联网文化，责任心强，爱操心；

2、了解标准和业务之间的关系，有标准化运营管理相关经验者优先；

3、具备运营活动的丰富经验，有突出的组织和多方协调能力，有大型活动组织经验者优先；

4、具备较强的文案书写能力、良好的沟通表达能力；

5、有冲劲和干劲，有较强的抗压能力，善于思考，主动学习和持续学习。
