4. 负责大型跨团队的系统产品项目的管理，通过目标及客户价值驱动项目团队协同推进，完成目标。

3. 具有大型企业级系统的构建或者实施经验

4. 客户导向，沟通及项目管理能力强

5. 本科及以上学历，英语口语能力好，有海外学习工作经验优先
