general description:
selected candidates will go through systematic training program in the field of hr, gaining hands on exposure to multiple tencent business areas and hr functions. candidates will be expected to quickly take on responsibility with a direct work focus on international expansion and new market hiring initiatives.
responsibilities:
1.taking a core role in increasing tencent’s global headcount in accordance to company strategy, including international travel as necessary.
2.formulating international recruitment and hr strategy according to company hr policy and department requirements.
3.conducting hr analysis in related fields, including the effective management and optimization of overseas & domestic recruitment channels.
4.support international department’s hiring requirements, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate screening, onboarding, etc.
5.expanding and supporting existing international recruitment channels and corporate branding initiatives.
6.opportunity for high achievers to take a leading role in new market hiring initiatives.
任职要求:
requirements:
1.bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years of full time work experience in a fast paced, international environment.
2.excellent communication skills in both english and chinese (hsk 5-6 proficiency preferred) – additional languages welcomed.
3.self-driven high achiever with strong critical thinking, networking and time management skills.
4.strong intercultural communication and international experience having lived, worked and studied in multiple countries.
